Order Methods

Because we know that everyone is different, we offer you 4 ordering methods to choose from, whichever you find most convenient. Most customers choose to place their order online, directly on the website, but if ordering by phone or email seems more convenient, you can use those with confidence.

1. Order on the website

• Search the website for the product you are interested in and study it carefully.
• Click the "ADD TO CART" button for each product you want.
• On the "Cart" page, click the red "COMPLETE ORDER" button.
• Fill in the billing and delivery details.
• Select the payment method (Card, Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or Payment at our premises).
• Click the "PLACE ORDER" button.

2. Order by email

Send us an email at contact@ecosoft-romania.ro with the list of desired products, billing and delivery information, as well as your preferred payment method.

Regardless of the ordering method chosen, we will reserve the products and process your order immediately. If there are any uncertainties, an ECOSOFT specialist will contact you by phone to clarify any questions about your order. Thank you!
