We know you want to receive your products as quickly as possible, so below we explain when they will arrive to you.
Ordered products will be delivered only in Romania via express courier service, including Bucharest and isolated localities. Upon receiving the package, you must pay the courier the value of the ordered products. Orders with delivery to any country other than Romania are not accepted.
Our partner courier companies through which we ship your order are Fan Courier, GLS courier or Cargus.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday through Friday, and deliveries to you take place Monday through Friday between 09.00 – 17:00. However, the courier agent may deliver the package to you outside this time frame. NOTE: Please provide the address where you will be available during the day within the mentioned hours at the time of placing your order. The shipping fee includes packaging costs. In case the delivery address is outside the courier's coverage area, shipping costs will not change; however, delivery may be delayed by 1-2 days, depending on the local agent's schedule.
The shipping fee and the total amount payable upon receipt of the package will be communicated via email or phone at the time of order confirmation and will appear on the invoice.
Orders are dispatched as follows:
– Orders received Monday through Friday before 15:00 can be dispatched on the same day.
– Orders received on weekends or after 15:00 are usually dispatched on the next business day.
Orders are delivered as follows:
– Orders placed on business days (before 15:00) will arrive the next business day.
– Orders placed on Friday after 15:00, Saturday or Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
The delivery timeframe is observed according to the specifications above. For products that cannot be delivered within this timeframe, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.
